Modern, very clean, well equipped. Quiet location but easy flat walk to seafront boardwalk, shops, bars, restaurants, beach ferry. Good shower, plenty hot water. Good quality sheets, good size towels (2 each). Blackout curtains. Air con in living and bedroom. Comfy balcony, facing east, sun till about 2pm

Really impressed with all aspects of the property. Modern, well accessorised, spacious and right on the doorstep for all local amenities including beach, bars, restaurants, shops. Pharmacy and train station. Lovely Tavira town easily walkable or short taxi ride.
