The fine print
The property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival.
A 2% surcharge will be added to ALL bookings paid by debit/credit card.
In case your card is not valid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your booking.For bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking a cleaning fee of $10/ pers will be added.For group of 4 or more guests, you can contact us first to confirm the allocation of the rooms which fit together before making reservation.A full non-refundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Location was great very convenient to get to Mount Manganui by bus. Grateful for the free Kiwi fruit from all the residence that were working as pickers. They were delicious!

Having booked very late with most accomodations fullWarm and fine, this turned out to be a backpacker's place, where they, upon seeing us pensioners, upgraded us to a room with private bathroom. Basic but fine!
