Beautiful hotel, great location, nearby all points of interest. The pool is great, heated (33-34 degrees), there's both a small indoor and a bigger outdoor playground which was really great for the kids. The room was massive with beautiful views of forests and mountains. Everything was spotless. The food choice is not massive but the quality is top notch and the menu changes daily which was really nice. Highly recommended for a nature-first holiday with kids. Having bathrobes waiting in the room exactly the size for our kids was a beautiful touch.

+ Great location, nice staff, good food, nice wellness area, great sauna area, nice view from the room. - Very very thin walls - no chance for a good rest in the rooms as you can hear everything from the neighbor room (snoring, talking and other noises as well). No outside pool - only one that is 100 EUR per hour. Lots of small issues in the room (spider webs, badly placed carpet, stains on the bad, etc). Most of the staff can not communicate in ENG at all. Embarassing animator acticities in the pool area and at dinner.

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff lovely, food tasty and wellness we really enjoyed amazing saunas, pool and amazing they have bar at the pool. It was lovely to enjoy, full relax . Room was clean comfortable and view was just amazing it was amazing woke up with mountains . There is no dislike
