Very helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable. One of the staff members helped us organise a large Yandex taxi to the train station as we had a lot of luggage. Our friend received an upgraded room which was greatly appreciated.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. But the best rhing about the stay are the staff. Sarwar and the team went above expectations to help us with anything we needed for our room, with getting currency, with arranging transport and also going to a lot of effort to trace our mobile phone when it was lost in am taxi. I would highly recommend staying here whenever in Tashkent.
