“Safe, clean, warmly inviting”
24 May 2025
Lola is an exceptional host, full of advice and generosity. The room was ideal for me - clean, everything works, including WiFi. I was allowed to use the kitchen and washing machine, which was really appreciated. It’s a jaunt into the city, but with Yandex, the cost is minimal (about £1.20) and one day I walked back without difficulty

This is a special place! Very clean and comfortable!Good value.Excellent! One of the best guest houses I ve ever stayed.Lola the owner speaks English and is a wonderful host. Before I come she gave me perfect instructions through what s up of how to self check in as she was in Vietnam. She even upgraded my room for free.I recommend you call her on what's up before you arrive. When she returned she invited me for a perfect tasty uzbek dinner that her daughter cooked. In the morning fruits of the season were waiting for me.She offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am!I was treated as family.I strongly recommend this gh.The metro station is near for walking or you can take bus 63 to this metro station.

“Incredible hospitality, great location, good value for money”

I would highly recommend this guesthouse as a first stay in Tashkent. The reason to stay here is the fantastic hospitality of owner Zilola and son-in-law Anvar. They both speak perfect English, are great with communication, and incredibly helpful in every way. Anvar even came and met me at the airport. Although they don't live in the guest house, they check daily via Telegram to ensure your comfort. The guesthouse is in a quiet cul-de-sac in an upmarket locale. It is about 10 minutes walk to Metro, which will take you everywhere around Tashkent. There are some good eating spots around the guesthouse, including a coffee place for breakfast and a good Turkish style restaurant. As the owners don't live in the guesthouse, you cannot order breakfast, but they provide some basics like tea, coffee, sweets in the common kitchen/lounges area. The bed was quite comfortable (UZ beds are notoriously hard), and the whole place was very clean. There is also a clothes washing machine for guests use.
