Hello , Mr. Fazloddin the manager of Grand Karvan Hotel was very good person ,he helped me and my son a lots. 4 swimming pools and good staffs.

Lovely courtyard with pools and seating, the manager and staff were fantastic, they were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this and the sister hotel the violet next door.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional service and fantastic amenities. Even before we arrived, the boss was incredibly helpful and polite. They went above and beyond by assisting us with coordinating our airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was impressively clean. This high standard of cleanliness was evident in all the rooms and throughout the general hotel areas, creating a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we were treated to a great breakfast with a delicious and varied selection that provided a perfect start to our day. One of the highlights of our stay was the nice pool area. It was a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, the combination of a very helpful and polite boss, the practical assistance with travel, the pristine condition of the hotel, enjoyable breakfasts, and the lovely pool made our experience truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Strongly recommend for a travel with a small baby. Big clean rooms. Renovated bathroom. Staff is amazing. Beautiful authentic crib was provided upon arrival for my 7 months old baby. Airport pick up and drop off was provided as well on time.
