The pool is only open seasonally. From the first of May to October 15th.Please note that from September 2nd to the 10th there will be a festival located 800 meters from the property that may cause noise.Please note that air conditioning and heating are only available in common areas; we have ceiling fans in the bedrooms.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

perfect location next to beach, closed backyard with swimming pool, padle, basketball and football fields, bbq, underground garage
