Everything was beautiful here. The room was spacious modern with amazing big balcony looking right at the star attraction Isola Bella Beach. The hotel is a boutique style, great and friendly staff there to accomodate your needs. The pool was a much added bonus as often the beach was extremely packed. We walked into town with the steps very near by, not an easy climb take your time in the heat, but well worth it. Location was excellent this was the highlight of Sicily for us!

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The room however was a bit dated and looked like it was from 1987. For the price we paid, we were expecting something a bit more up to date. Overall it was a nice hotel but a tad too pricey.

The staff are extremely welcoming and professional - Daniel at the front desk is exceptional and the staff at the pool deck were very welcoming and friendly - nothing too difficult. The room was very clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable with a great night sleep - just a short stroll to the public beach when you tire of the pool deck. Highly recommend using their valet service if driving.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Very clean. Pool area very clean . Gabriel who worked at pool bar was excellent. Nothing was too much for him.
