Lovely balcony, close to main centre via a short walk and stairs. Great having a bakery on your doorstop, get up early though. We watched Mt Etna erupt so to say landmark view was very accurate ! It's often hidden but cloud but it IS there. We literally didn't hear from host until half hour before checkin despite trying to contact, so don't panic as it all works out well. We got a taxi from Taormina-Giardini station as wasn't sure of bus service ...wouldn't recommend trying to walk it, having been there. The whole area is beautiful and worth a visit and apartment had everthing you need to enjoy Taormina. It's simple but as your out and about all the time it's perfect👌

The apartment itself was bright and well-appointed, with a clean and functional kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely apartment just 10-15 min walk from the main town (uphill on way back on a road shared with vehicles so be careful!). Good kitchen facilities including coffee pods, kettle and microwave. Great to have a washing machine too. Comfortable bed and good air con unit. The best bit was the lovely long balcony where you can sit with a coffee and croissant and have a great view of Mount Etna. Road is not noisy.
