The apartment is very well located, a few minutes from the shuttle bus from and to the Lumbi parking. The host was superb. He gave precise instructions on the best way to walk to the property to avoid an excessive number of stairs, which is a lifesaver when coming with a larger suitcase. He was very thorough, spoke perfect English and shared recommendations for sights and places to eat. The location is 10/10 right in the city centre, a few minutes walk from the funiculaire, taking you to the beach. And also a few minutes away from bars, restaurants, and main street. It is on top of a hill, so you have the most beautiful view over the city, Mount Etna and water from the large terrace. The apartment itself needs a reno. Perhaps a 6/10 for the apartment itself, and 10/10 for location, host and views. :)

It's a spacious apartment with beautiful view. There are some snacks and coffee and tea, which is very nice and thoughtful. Valet parking is a bit expensive, but very convenient. Luca, the owner, is very helpful and friendly and easy to contact via WhatsApp. We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing location just off the main streets. The view from the private terrace of the double Sicilia suite was amazing and perfect for an evening drink or relaxation time. Quiet and relaxing.

Close to town centre, spacious apartment, rooftop terrace with view, washing machine and airer on rooftop, good shower water pressure.
