The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the property does not have a check-in counter. The owner will arrange a meeting for the handover of the apartment key and a tour of the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lovely host, comfortable room with a fan and air con, free hot and cold water available and a kitchen. Good location near the airport and walking distance to Tanjung Aru beach.

The accommodation is a family business and well organized. Alex and his family are very concerned that you feel comfortable. The room I had was huge and with a private bathroom. Alex is very helpful and helps where he can. He also organizes tours on demand. The price is simply fop.. In the Qartier everything can be found nearby .. An ATM is not far on the way to the beach ( 7 Eleven shop) ... You have to see the sunset. Downstairs is a restaurant. Opens early 6.00 - 17.00 .. Very well organized. Opposite is an Indian with a thali... Thank you Alex and family
