The fine print
Boat transfers to and from Tangalooma Island Resort have an additional charge, payable at the resort on arrival:
- AUD 94 return per adult
- AUD 50 return per child 3–14 years
- Free for children up to 2 yearsPlease note that you are automatically booked on the 12:30 boat on the day of arrival (Brisbane to Tangalooma) and the 14:30 boat on the day of departure (Tangalooma to Brisbane). Please contact Tangalooma after booking to request alternative transfer times.Please reconfirm transfers at least 24 hours prior to arrival by contacting the resort directly.Please note that a 2.25% surcharge applies for payments made with American Express credit cards.Please note that any resort guest who requires an uninterrupted, continuous power supply for life support equipment must notify the property 96 hours in advance prior to check-in at the resort or its ferry transportation.Please note that a 1.5% surcharge applies for payments made with Visa and Mastercard.The resort has a number of high-volume events throughout the year, such as conferences, events, film shoots, tourism activations, cruise ship arrivals and large group bookings that can increase the level of guests on the island at any given time. Whilst we reserve some inventory of tours and activities for in-house guests on these days, some of the activities may be limited in availability due to high demand. To avoid disappointment, we encourage guests to book these activities on days other than the days the cruise ships visit. The resort reserves the right to activate high-volume visitation events at any time without notice, but will make efforts to minimise disruption to guest services and access during these times. It’s only a hope skip and a jump from Brisbane city and it’s like a tropical island, beautiful animals and bird life.Staff were so nice and friendly. Definitely will be back , great value 😃☀️

the rooms look like they had been recently renovated. Comfy beds and pillows. Modern, spacious bathroom. Wild dolphin feeding. Quad bike tour and helicopter ride.

Quad bikes were awesome the sunset magnificent and beds and pillows were comfortable . Tangalooma itself was beautiful
