The house is steeped in history. Very kind and nice owner. Quickly resolves issues. There is everything for a comfortable stay, even a washing machine appeared during our stay. This made our stay easier and made me happier. We stayed here with a large family, 2 adults and 4 children. The children loved it, there was plenty of space to play and do things. Convenient location, there is a beach and a supermarket nearby, and it is easy to go to other places by tuk tuk.

The property was a heritage property and beautifully kept and curated. We loved our stay there and the owner as well as the care taker were warm people. We also celebrated Indian festival holi there and owner was happy to let us.

It’s a rare chance to stay in a beautiful old Sri Lankan house. The pool and the rear garden are fabulous. It’s a very large, spacious house - well situated both for the town and the beach.
