Since we were in the off-season, almost everything around was closed. The villa is beautiful and tidy. Since we were in the off-season, there were big waves, which made it difficult to fall asleep during the day, but after that we got used to it. The price is quite high in the off-season. A week ago we were in Mirissa in a 5-star hotel, with breakfast included and we paid €250 cheaper plus even though everything was working fully in the off-season. But I believe that in the high season it is really different 😊 The guys who work at the villa are super polite and nice.

Very beautiful villa, courteous staff, the ocean is very close, the green area is very clean, security at the entrance is round the clock, the locals are all kind and smiling
