The villa was perfect! Our best stay in Sri Lanka by far and haven’t been able to find anywhere comparable for the same price! Our host was incredible, he was helpful, caring and looked after us from start to finish. We are grateful to have found this place so last minute and were shocked it hadn’t been snapped up. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka! Not to mention the scooter included in our stay, the pool was brilliant and we were able to see so many animals from the view of our balcony here. We will definitely come back again in the future if we were ever to visit Sri Lanka again! Thank you for our stay, made our holiday.

The place was amazing! We couldn't ask for more. The owner is exceptionally charming and helps with everything needed and even more. The villa itself is stunning and looks like a piece of heaven( The view is breathtaking and a large variety of animals ,especially birds). Since our experience was great, we changed our entire trip and came back for three more nights ❤️

We came here on our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after being on the go travelling Sri Lanka for a while. The place was so peaceful and surrounded by nature and wildlife. There were peacocks roaming, bulls and birds in the lake across and flying above us. The pool was so refreshing on hot days and nights. The fridge was stocked with water, we had access to the owners scooter for our stay. The location was secluded but still close to the town. The host was so helpful and recommended some of the most amazing places to see and eat. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone considering a peaceful place to stay in Tangalle.

Sumudu is a crazy good host and the villa is just perfect. He worked for several years in one of the most expensive resorts known to man Sri Lanka. Then he built a similar copy of one of the villas of the resort, with the swimming pool and his impeccable experience and customer service. He’s always available, always with super advices, never pushy, always just what we needed. A crazy good experience for the price. Big plus if you like puppies: Sumudu’s dog and cat are super cuddling and might visit you in the evening.
