1. spacious apartment, even fir 7 people. 2. great filtered, hot and cold water dispenser. 3. great big TV with Youtube and Netflix. 4. excellent location and parking spaces 5. quiet surrounding 6. comprehensively equipoed kitchen with microwave, air fryer etc .. 7. good wifi
