Friendly staff, hotel offers various tours. Close to main street and many restaurants. Very okay price for what you get.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is central. All the restaurants and shops are close. The staff was nice. The receptionist called many companies to find one for us for a half day tour to tea plantations and Mossy forest because we were very late to make arrangements for the next morning.

Staff are so friendly and went above and beyond, and in such a good location - few mins walk away from main centre of Tanah Rata. Decent room for price - whole place felt safe and homely.
