1. The owner gave clear instructions about the house. 2. The house is very spacious and comfortable — can fit up to 10 pax i think. WORTH EVERY PENNY 3. Parking is very close to the house, but if there are many cars, it might be limited. 4. Strategic location. Very near to Taman Sedia, KEA Farm, Centrum, night market etc..

It was cheap and very much worth the stay. We booked somewhere else earlier but last minute they cancelled it. So we booked this place and reached at 10pm and checked out at 9.30am the next morning. I would like it’s surely worth the price. And it has 3 rooms.

Very cheap for the location and size of the house. Can easily house more than 10 people. Very big sized house
