The property was about 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Anecy which was beautiful but we were glad to get back to the peace and quiet of Lakeview 180 o . This was a self contained self catering property with a great kitchen, dining area and living space with comfortable settees and other chairs. There was a very comfortable bed in a large bedroom, the bathroom and separate toilet were of very good standard and quality and had many great extras. There was a nice seating area with table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue outside. The kitchen was very well equiped and had a good sized fridge freezer, great for the heat wave we had at the time. We felt very secure with the property being inside an electric security gated area. It was located on the side of the mountain in a very quiet and respectable neighbourhood. Then there was Joyce our host who was simply brilliant. She was very friendly and made sure everything was spot on for us and was avilable for help and lots of good advice for trips and restaurants etc. The views across the lake and surrounding mountains from our home (and it did feel like a home) were stunning and could be seen from the three very large panoramic windows. We loved it. Thank you Joyce for making us feel welcome and making our holiday a holiday.
