Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of food.Loved the overnight oats. Joyce was very Welcoming and friendly. Great location for someone attending Hay Festival.

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. Wonderful location and stunning interior. Comfortable and spacious room. Fantastic homemade breakfast. Joyce is such an excellent host. She made us feel very welcome and it was a very homely experience.
