Australian couple stayed 3 nights. We found staff extremely helpful. Great English and very attentive to our requests. Good location to walk to Port, Castle, big gardens and bus/train terminal (25 minutes in each direction)

Clean rooms, lovely shower, amazing onsen on 11th floor and free noodles from 9.30-11.30pm every night
