the room was spacious with bathtub, sad that we were unable to use it as we enjoyed going out. we loved the heated toilet seat

The hotel is well-located and overall quite good. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The towels provided had holes in them, and the breakfast was of poor quality.

The location is good , 5 minutes walk to tube station, but The room need a little bit more work to clean, I can see the dust the top of the lamp and bedside, the breakfast is ok, overall is ok.

Bathroom was always very clean, although one has to get used to the japanse style toilet (toilet paper disposal not possible in the toilet, need to use bin next to it or the integrated water fountain ;-) ). staff was always trying to support us with our requests. location was superb, within walking distance to Zhonshan Elementary School (orange line). Carrefour and several 7/11 and Family Mart around the corner. price per night was good.
