I want to take a moment to appreciate 老板's quick resolution to difficult problems, showing her helpfulness and professionalism. Due to a change in schedule, I had to leave a few days earlier than planned. The quick departure caused some issues with my booking, as the owner also needed to account for Booking's commission fees. Nevertheless, she was efficient in cancelling my old booking and updated the new one, leaving me only to pay the new price (also settled via credit card.) Highly efficient within a short notice. The Vietnamese staff was also supportive and helpful — a big plus during communication as I'm also from Vietnam. The room was a good value to money and accurate as the description goes. Bonus for location, too.

Everything is so well organised. The beds/pods are very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Big communal kitchen area. I liked that the female dorm is actually on a female only floor, so also no men in the bathrooms. Felt so save and comfortable. I think this was one of the best hostels I ever stayed at.

The hostel was amazing, the beds were comfortable, room is in excellent condition: -nice clean room with comfortable beds, a window , towels and soap - Slippers for everyone to use in the common areas and room - Nice clean well functioning bathrooms -team was very helpful, very welcoming and friendly
