Location was very very good, near the station, convenience store and Ximending central area. Service was also good and helpful, and they were very lenient for the booking-system laundry (it was 3 hours but they gave additional 2 hours allowance for you take your clothes out, so you can actly still travel around and not waste your time). Facilities such as free snacks and entertainment at B1 were great for sure even though I did not get the time to use it but I saw many families and guests using them. Room itself was really clean and functional as well. Overall, really liked it and would stay again!

The location is excellent, close to Ximen, MTR, buses, restaurants, many attractions, and even with a hospital like clinic within a few minutes walk. Hotel also has a common living room with games, and free snacks and beverages 24/7.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and patient. They clarified all our queries. The facilities at the hotel and in the room were excellent. There were free snacks and bites which was great! We had an excellent time.
