Location was particularly convenient for me. The lobby with the free coffee/tea is a good place to work from, also because the internet connection is good. There is a 711 opposite the hotel which is also convenient

Absolutely everything!! The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff are exceptionally courteous, kind and considerate. The location is central and convenient to the main tourist highlights and the local MRT.
