We got an upgrade from Family Suite to the corner suite. Totally like the washing machine with dryer in the balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly including those serving breakfast. U can get freshly squeezed juice every morning during breakfast

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was incredible: huge, spacious, and yet comfortablenand cosy. It almost felt like being home. The breakfast was excellent, with amazing fresh fruit and both Western and Asian options (though variety was a bit limited).

Location is convenient to go to different part of Taipei via train/taxi. Although you dont get big shopping mall surrounding the hotel, there are nice eatery and small night market just behind the hotel. Breakfast is simple with fresh veg/orange juices available, there are also plentiful of breakfast places around the hotel.
