The staff was excetional. The food was good as well. The beds were rather hard, but did not disrupt sleep, although a matress topper would have been welcome.

Some noise from adjoining bedroom and a lot of morning noise from adjoining housekeeping store room.

Clean and comfortable room with a decent amount of desk space. Close to a U-bike station and a main bus stop. Hotel also has a laundry room, gym and swimming pool.

We loved the breakfast. The place was very near NTU where my daughter was enrolled. Place not too busy, I like it.
