Location was superb, just right outside exit of MRT station, although the nearest exit does not have lift, there is escalator. The staff are all super friendly, they were very accommodating to our requests especially important for us since we were travelling with a 1 year old infant. Washing machine and dryer are available that require coins. Rooms are generally very clean and tidy

The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. There are also local food options downstairs from the hotel, it is very convenient

The Gracery standard is consistent. Rooms were very clean. While housekeeping was offered only on alternate days, clean towels and water was delivered
