Good location, with all sorts of snacks, drinks& instant noodles available during the stay. MRT was approximately 10 minutes walk.

Staff were amazing and friendly, although mandarin is preferred. When we had noise issues in our first room they offered to switch us immediately to another room even though it was almost midnight. Next morning we realised the room was a bit dirty and had a slight smell of smoke (hotel has a smoking room but I think some guests sneak a cigarette in their room) and again they moved us immediately to another room. We were there during a typhoon and the snack room and instant noodles came in handy since nothing was open. Washer and dryer also came in handy since e had just come down from hiking in the mountains!

Friendly staff, excellent location, Metro/subway station nearby, 24 hrs supermarket & McDonald's right downstairs, free snack bar at cafe, free access to drinking water machine, free to use washing machine/dryer.
