Very good location with a short walk to the central train station and a nice selection of local eateries. The staff were excellent and helpful, Jasmine helped out with direction to our next hotel destination

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. We would like to highlight the service we received from “Harry”. He is very professional and helpful. The location is walkable to Taipei Main Station. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay so we had to use the facilities at CityInn Branch III next door

Great location, close to station, bus stop, shopping mall and convenience stores. Provided free tea, coffee and snack s and laundry facilities. Staff friendly.

Very friendly staff-thumbs up! Though, the room had a sharp and strong smell which I think it was bleach. Moreover, The bathroom door was old and loose and It could not be closed so when I was taking shower, the water spilled and wet the floor.
