Good location, right next to a lot of restaurants and close to a lot of sights. Bus station right outside the street of the hotel. The room was big enough and came with enerything you need (including a desk, an AC, a towel and a hairdryer). It was clean but the bed was small. Might not be big enough for someone over 175cm. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of the communication was via Line, e.g. the daily changes of the passcode to the front door, the WiFi password, recommendations for the area. There was a washing mashine available in the common area downstairs by the lobby as well as a microwave and a water dispenser as well as rinsing agent to wash your bottles etc. with.

The name "hotel" may be a bit misleading for what otherwise is a quiet and charming guesthouse placed right in the old town, in a lively area surrounded by eateries and two steps away from transport links to all the main attractions in the city. The reception is only open between 9-18h, and rooms aren't cleaned during your stay, but you can request clean towels if needed. The staff is friendly and I particularly loved the quirky decoration, even if the wallpaint in my room was falling apart. Overall, it's a very nice base for visiting Tainan, and good value for money.

IT is a double room for single traveler so it has comfortable space for one. The set up and decoration is unique and provide a lot comfort for staying.
