They provide good shampoo and body soap. Other amenities are very reasonably priced. Staff named (Uújin) was the most genuine and professional staff. She was always positively and happily professional.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They may not always be at the counter (as they have other tasks around the hostel) but I'm sure they are quite responsive. During my stay, one of the guests had accidentally locked herself out of her room around midnight. The host actually picked up our call and resolved the problem. Kudos to the host! When I first entered the room around 3pm, it smelled extremely strongly of bleach or some other chemicals which the staff must used to clean the room with. My conclusion is that the rooms must have been cleaned well haha. Nevertheless, when I came back at night, the smell was gone. It takes about a ten fifteen minute bus ride from the nearest train station (Taichiung station, if I recall correctly).
