The bathroom in particular was really clean and modern. The location was also really good, there's a bus stop right outside and there were many locally run eateries right around the area.

Great stay in Initial. Interesting pub and beers at the lobby. Location is ok, we stayed just for a night but the neighborhood is very interesting with a lot of typical restaurant from south east Asia. Chinese breakfast good.
