The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms both with aircons. It has a spacious living room with an extension. Kitchen is spacious too. There's an outside balcony at the back also. WiFi, smart TV, and a videoke are available!

1) The location - even tho you can hear the vehicular traffic from the main road, the home was tucked away enough that the road noise is minimal. The home was easy to find using Waze. BUT, if you are looking for ANY Tagaytay view, there is none. 2) Kitchen, cooking, dining area - well appointed; we liked the water kettle (and used it a lot.) Being able to cook and share meals w/ family is always a plus. 3) Home was very spacious and "cool," since it's on the second floor. We left the windows open to let the breeze cool the common areas of the house. The extension / karaoke bar is a very wonderful addition! 4) Parking was easy, there was enough room for 2 cars. 5) The towels, sheets, pillows were all clean and smelled fresh. 6) The overall value of the home, for the price we rented it for. 7) Kuya Manny was a very gracious attendant. He made sure we had everything we asked for, and he was easy to reach. When we had the plumbing situation, he handled it pretty well, with the help of a few of the guests.

The location was good and accessible. We rented both properties - the one upstairs looked much better and cosier than the one downstairs. Wifi was fast, the TV with Netflix and videoke machine were a nice addition. The beds were clean and comfortable. The contact agreed to let us check in 2 hours earlier to one of the properties. Additional mattresses were provided free of charge.
