Please note that the guests who stay for at least 5 days receive a one time free cleaning service which includes the exchange of towels and bed linen. Any additional bed linen and towel exchange are available upon prior confirmation by the property and come with a surcharge of PLN 190.Please note there is no lift in the historical part of the property.When making a payment at the property guests will be required to use the same card used while making a reservation.The swimming pool is open all year round. The outdoor pool in the winter season serves as a swimming pool for winter swimming. It's cleaned.Please note that the restaurant is closed on 31 December 2025. - The room was excellent. Spotlessly clean. I liked the view, there's a peaceful forest just outside. The place overall is incredibly nice and truly relaxing. There's a nice balcony from where you can oversee the poolside and the forest. - Dinner in the restaurant was extremely tasty, I would say better than the top rated restaurant in town (where I had lunch). The menu is huge, very impressive for a hotel. - Staff is great, very friendly. - Park spaces galore. The parking spots are nice as well since everything is so scenic here. - Breakfast dishes were quite creatively made. Someone enjoys their work in the kitchen, I guess. - This is a 10/10 establishment. I will be coming back here multiple times for sure.

It is THE best place to stay in Szklarska Poreba. This is the second time we were here and we will come again for sure. Extremely modern facilities, rich breakfast and attentive staff.

A modern hotel with a beautiful design, in a quiet area but still relatively close to the city centre. The room was well equipped and furnished. The restaurant had amazing food, but be prepared to wait about 30 minutes for your food to be ready. Also the breakfast was great with lots of different dishes. The wellness area was nice (2 indoor saunas, 1 outdoor sauna, 1 indoor hot tub and 1 outdoor hot tub), however indoor there was no quiet area to relax after the sauna.
