The location is on an island in the middle of the big river. The river is nice and tranquil, you will wake up to a wonderful picturesque sight of Szetendre. The ferry services are reliable and timely.

The apartments are really new, they are on an island, which is right in front of the center of the old town of Santadara. Can be reached by car. The apartments are really new, there is a perfect kitchen, a coffee machine, an oven, a stove, dishes, a large refrigerator, a huge balcony right on the water, a quiet beach where you can go down to bathe, really private. There is a small yacht, which transfers for a ridiculous price of 1 euro per person, from the side of the island to the side of the town, so you can go out and have a good time and return in a 3 minute cruise. Viktor, the charming owner, also helped us and arranged the yacht for us for the evening, after the usual working hours, so we went out at 21 in the evening to the town, drank beer, ate ice cream and the yacht was waiting for us at the time we arranged to return us to the apartment, just perfect. Highly recommend for a rest vacation, after or before Budapest. Aha. I've almost forgotten, We forgot sandals and luggage in the apartment, The owner of the house kindly agreed to mail them to an address given to him. In the end I found friends who are in Budapest in a certain hotel, Victor went there and delivered the package, it's an extra service!
