Great location I liked the furniture, bed was confortable, nice overall atmosphere of the hotel, clean bathroom, quick check in and check out, nonstop reception. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Second time I stayed in this unique hotel and I asked for the room overlooking street as I liked it so much: high ceilings and chandeliers. I felt very at home and the staff went out of their way to help with anything. It is also very quiet despite busy street. I slept well every night. Fast wifi. It is a very personal place, not like a busy chain hotel and is in heart of city.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and, after checking in, I discovered that there were dirty shoe traces in the bathroom of my room. Otherwise, the room was clean. Because it was after 1 in the night, I did not go to the reception, but I requested a talk with the manager next Monday. The manager was helpful, open and promised immediate actions and some repayment of the price (that I did not request), I was very satisfied with the client management. I spent the whole day at a conference, and when I returned to the hotel, I entered my room, and it was not cleaned at all. I immediately went to the reception, asked for the manager, who came and was very surprised that nothing had happened during the day. He personally offered to clean my room, but I only asked for clean towels. I understand that it can be sometimes challenging to find the right staff, but for a hotel with four stars, it is unacceptable. At the same time, I appreciate the behaviour of the management; they were very friendly and supportive.
