New and bright, clean and spacious; Nice balcony and view; All the modern equipment including hifi, big flat tv,remote lights etc.

Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was bright, comfortable, though a little small. It was nice to be in it, even for a moment came back to my home. Price - quality is good as for a rental apartment. Everything was good. The owner also took care of small details in the form of bottled drinking water and a couple of cookies.

We liked the easy parking, as well as getting to apartment was explained well. The apartment was comfortable, where it was air-conditioner, a nice speaker and great balcony. The fridge worked well. The bed was good to sleep in. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures.
