We visited 'out of season' (November) and the weather was really quite bad. I'm sure this location would be so much more enjoyable in the Spring & Summer. The accommodation and the garden are very pleasant. It's a lovely view across the bay (and the mussel beds), towards Ortigia. The hosts were pleasant, responsive and helpful with suggestions about shops, parking, etc. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped (though no kettle), and the rest of the accommodation is well decorated/furnished. I don't think there was a tv, but that's fine with us.

A lovely luxury type villa with a big garden and a beautiful view of the sea, island city and muscle farm. The kitchen was a little small but manageable. A very pleasant stay.

location was amazing and so quiet , property was so nice and had everything we needed , owners attended to our every need , we felt like we had the whole property to ourselves, can’t recommend enough, would definitely stay again
