The area was very peaceful and we slept amazingly well.The beds and sofa were super comfortable.The place was clean...not as bad as some reviews suggested and someone came every day to check and clean the hot tub which we really appreciated.We were also welcomed with a bottle of champagne with glasses,and crisps...such a sweet gesture that really lifted our mood.The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses,mugs,and everything you might need for cooking.The host was kind and helpful.Perfect for a relaxing break!

The location of caravan looking up the 3rd tee box was the main reason for my stay. As a keen golfer that’s continually working to be better. I also hiked the Cheviot which was only a 40 minute drive away. Fantastic caravan inside and out. The only thing I’d say would be it needs a good jet washing outside. Apart from that it’s definitely the best caravan I’ve stayed in at Percy woods. Maybe cut the trees around the hot tub also that would allow more sunlight around that area.

Great location, Easy to find. Had the hot tub facility. Beds were comfortable, was nice and clean. Spacious. Nice seating area on the outdoor area.
