We booked Jacaranda for the Swan Hill Racing Carnival weekend, and therefore found that the prices were quite high for what was on offer. We were happy with the spacious two bedroom unit, and pleasantly surprised to see that there were actually two bathrooms as well. Although the unit was fairly old and tired, the kitchenette and main bathroom were freshly renovated and sparkly clean with good shower pressure. The whole unit was very clean and well supplied with the few necessities needed for a couple of nights stay. The queen bed mattress was hard but comfy enough. Jacaranda was really well located within an easy walk to the race track, main street, cafes and hotels... we loved that we didn't have to get the car out at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however felt the unit was a bit overpriced, which could have been due to the busy weekend.
