Its really quiet, you wouldnt even notice that theres other guests. Its within walking distance to the shops and the beach whicj was a total plus for us (something you should consider when booking a place in swakopmund). The place is clean and its a self catering. Should you not be somebody like me who never intends to cook while away on holiday or for the weekend- most food places deliver and places you can have a feast or a cafe are a walking distance and its closer to spar where you can grab groceries and other essentials.
