The apartments are located between Sveti Vlas and Elenite in a remote location, very close to the sea. Around 20 min walk to the main area of Sveti Vlas, or 5 min by car and around 15 min by car till Sunny Beach. The building is new and nice. Although there is only one building, there are in fact three parts, one hosting the hotel and the restaurant, the others hosting apartments. The apartment is new, decent in size (although not really fitted for four persons) and includes one bedroom and one living room with a sofa which may be turned into a bed. The living room includes also a small kitchen endowed with all that is necessary. There is a small pool for the apartments, which is nice and was never crowded and access to a lovely little beach (with beach bar and toilets / shower). Secured parking is available, free of charge. The host was vey nice and helpful. The communication with her for the check in and check out has run smoothly and I thank her for that.
