House is well equipped, newly refurbished in centre of small village with cosy interior, has everything needed for vacation; pool was total hit for our daughter and we could chill on terrace. Owner welcomed us and gave short information about property, surroundings (restaurants etc) and was available for all our additional questions during our stay. Good location for peaceful holiday, restaurant in marina on foot distance as well as grocery store and beach bar/beach. Highly recommended, we sure will come again.

Pool was excellent and the house and outside area were very well maintained. great location, close to the marina so lovely views from the whole house. Richard the owner was really helpful, and always readily available. the location of the property is in one of the quieter bays on Ugljan, and only one restaurant at the marina, but a couple of beach bars on either side of the bay, one with food. Preko is a half hour walk away, but a flat coastal road so very easy, but could possibly benefit from having a car to explore the rest of the island.
