The location was close to our relatives and to the train station. The price was good. The house is relatively new or newly refurbished. Once we were at the location the owner responded quickly to our calls or texts.

Best thing was location and price. Vancouver is so expensive! This is a good budget option, 10 minutes walk to nearest sky train station

Its good to stay here specially for a single person or a couple, location is good too. But no one come for the cleaning , i don't know why

Location is close to SkyTrain station, which is pretty convenient. The room was in a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with a neighbor who started yelling/fighting someone in the middle of the night, though, but we requested Kim to call the police and the problem was solved right away, which we appreciated deeply. Other than that, it was a nice experience.
