The fine print
Upon arrival, the staff will show the facilities, provide any instructions and hand in the keys to the guests. Therefore guests are kindly asked to inform Lofty in advance of their expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.The property is strictly non-smoking. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed in the property area.For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times especially around the pool areas.A first cleaning prior to arrival is included in the room rates. Any additional cleaning may be arranged upon request. Cleaning must be booked 48 hours in advanced.PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw.
Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting the host.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Bernard was a great host, he waiting for us on our arrival and organised our transport whilst we were there. The villa is beautifully kept and airconditioned throughout. The pool was awesome and there is a convenience store within a five minutes walk are there are great little resteraunts within walking distance in every direction.
