Great location if you want to be close to Surfers and Cavill Ave. 5 minute walk to G Link. Nice view over the water from our apartment.

our particular room needed a bit of a renovation however I had seen other rooms that were already renovated so I think so long as you book into one of the newly refurbished rooms the location is fantastic and close to everything.

I have stayed with tiki so many times, its such an amazing hotel with great amenities. Wonderful staff and it a great location for such a reasonable price!
