Staff were very attentive, they recommended me a large market that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. They gave me a free beverage from the shop every day (on top of all the many free bottles of water). Bedroom was cleaned well. They upgraded me to a bigger better room because they didn't have many guests at that point.
