I would like to commend the service. It was prompt, clear and helpful. Though there were an issue, the rest of the experience was very good. I truly recommend this place or any other properties managed by them. Property was nice and clean. Facilities was stellar. Superb location.

The co-host Ms. Jane was very nice and fast respond... The room was nice, cozy, clean, and comfortable.. Everything in the room was well maintained... The location is strategic, right in front of a mall, so it was easy for you to get whatever you need

I stayed in this apartment in 2019 and 2020, booked via Airbnb. And it’s been great to be back in Trillium apartment. This is a great place to stay in Surabaya center. Located in CBD area and very close to everywhere. The apartment is clean, spacious and bright. Love the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the gym. The balcony located on 21st floor is amazing, you get too see Surabaya’s view. Definitely will be back again to this apartment.
