The Layout design. It was more spacious and ‘luxurious’ compared to another unit in Benson tower managed under another person.

Location was excellent, just next to Pakuwon Mall. The owner is friendly and always contactable. He gave clear instructions on the location and key collection. The apartment is on high floor with good views.

The room is very comfortable. For its price it’s probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Its location is very convenient. It’s right next to a shopping mall making shopping incredibly easy. It has everything you need. The view from the room is also very beautiful. The apartment has a gym and pool. We won’t have trouble finding where to eat whether making food yourself or buying from the mall. The people at the front desk did provide free wifi when I asked about check in and were very helpful. The instructions to get the keys were very easy to follow and the host was very informative, responsive, and polite.

My stay was near perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless and very very comfortable. I had a really good night sleep as it was very quiet. There were snacks and water in the room if needed and Netflix was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent and clear.
